Princess Taka (Princess Kazuko) was born on the 30th of September 1929. She would be the third of seven children born to Emperor Hirotito and Empress Kojun. Her childhood appellation was Taka no miya Kazuko. At the time of this photograph, little Princess Taka was the latest addition to the Royal family and the third daughter.
